Psalm 34:15
15 The eyes of the LORD are upon the righteous, and his ears are open unto their cry.
O Lord, what a beautiful promise for me, especially after the day I had yesterday of "headaching" and aching all over in a big way!
Lord, You know how desperate I felt last night as I knelt before my bed and cried out to You. The word "cry" can mean "hallooing", and "to hallo" means "to incite or chase (something) with shouts and cries of `hallo'". HALLO! ARE YOU THERE, LORD? Of course You are!
Help me! Show me what to do!
Yes, Hallelujah!
"In my distress I called upon the LORD, and cried to my God" and he DID HEAR my voice out of his temple and my cry DID ENTER into his ears." (II Sam. 22:7)
You say to me,
"And it shall come to pass, that before they call, I will answer; and while they are yet speaking, I will hear." (Is. 6:24)
That means You began to give the answer even before I knelt last night. That means that while I am speaking to You right now, You are hearing me.
My mind is struggling with the verses this morning, Lord. I'm reading them several times over, and I'm having difficulty thinking deeply or remembering what I have read.
Lord, I CRY! You are here with Your PRESENCE. You see my tears.…You feel my pain.… You LOVE me.…You understand! Thank-You! In Jesus' name. Amen.
