Psalm 123:3-4

3 Have mercy upon us, O LORD, have mercy upon us: for we are exceedingly filled with contempt.

4 Our soul is exceedingly filled with the scorning of those that are at ease, and with the contempt of the proud.

And, too, have mercy upon all of us, "the E.I.canaries"! Have mercy upon us for we are exceedingly filled with CONTEMPT and disrespect! Although more and more people are beginning to see that our sickness in not "all in our heads"…probably because they, too, are beginning to experience sensitivity to perfumes and experiencing fatigue, achiness, and other symptoms for which they can find no cause, yet there are plenty of people out there who are still "AT EASE"…swimming in their chemicals in a false peace and not realizing that they are "killing" themselves and others and destroying the earth. Have MERCY upon us all, O LORD!

…and LORD, there's a footnote here in my Bible by this verse. It says "FALSE PEACE". You say-

"My people hath been lost sheep: their shepherds have caused them to go astray…" (Jer. 50:6)

"They healed also the hurt of the daughter of my people slightly, saying Peace, peace; when there is no peace.' (Jer. 6:14)

This reminds me of the false teachers in professing Christianity and of Jesus' words in Mt. 7:21-13:

"Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter the kingdom of heaven; but he that DOETH the WILL of my Father which is in heaven. Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in the name: and in thy name have cast out devils? And in thy name done many wonderful works? And then will I profess unto them, I never KNEW You; depart from me, yet that work INIQUITY."

Yes, woe to them that are AT EASE in their chemicals, but there is something that is even more DREADFUL- "Woe TO THEM THAT ARE (spiritually) AT EASE (in the Church) – in ZION…" (Amos 6:1)

Finally UNDERSTANDING that CHEMICALS played a large part in my illness was a liberating truth…

But understanding that SALVATION is a "blood-bought" personal relationship with You, Lord, which results in a CHANGED LIFE...is an even greater LIBERATING TRUTH!

"Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old thing are passed away; behold, all things are become new." (II Cor. 5:11)

LORD, may we "examine (ourselves to see) whether (we) be in the FAITH." (II Cor. 13:5a) Amen!
