Giving Thanks, Doing Good, and "Communicating"

Hebrews 13:15-16

By him therefore let us offer the sacrifice of praise to God continually, that is, the fruit of our lips giving thanks to his name. But to do good and to communicate forget not: for with such
sacrifices God is well pleased.

Lord, it looks like from these two verses that You are telling me to sacrifice in three ways-
1) to give THANKS aloud with my lips,

2) to DO GOOD- (living in the Spirit with the fruit of GOODNESS and acting with kindness and charity)..... and

3) to COMMUNICATE.

When I looked up the word "communicate", I found out that it can mean fellowship, and the thought came to me that I can do all of of these three things by praying this prayer aloud and then by writing and sharing it with my dear E.I./CFIDS/FM friends.

O Lord thank-You, thank-You, THANK-YOU for these wonderful comforts that we use to take for granted! The warm shower is so nice for our tired, aching muscles; the comfortable bed and soft pillows are such a blessing for our weary, sleep-deprived bodies! And I must also
add, thank-You for the fan gently blowing on me as I rest here. It takes the "edge' off of the heat and noise in this heat-soaked trailer. Yes, thank-You, Lord! THANK-YOU, Lord, and we give You praise! We LOVE You! In Jesus' name. Amen!
